Booking

A deposit is required to secure your session. It is nonrefundable and applies to your first-time booking, with full flexibility—you’re welcome to schedule your session with any open availability on the calendar.Please note: This policy applies to initial bookings only. If you’ve already scheduled a date and need to reschedule, our standard rescheduling policy will apply.

Day of Event

Today’s the day! If we're not shooting in the studio, we’ll have already scoped out your chosen location ahead of time. We'll meet you onsite, and from there—it’s all about having fun, capturing genuine moments, and making beautiful memories together.

Gallery Delivery

Within 5-7 days after your session, you’ll receive a beautiful online gallery where you can view and download your images straight to your computer. You’ll also have the option to order prints, albums, and other keepsakes—and a shareable link to easily show your photos to friends and family!

Absolutely! We understand how important digital images are. Once your invoice is paid in full, you’ll have access to all of your downloads.That being said, we also believe your memories deserve more than just living on a screen. Our goal is to help you walk away with something you can hold and treasure—like stunning prints, albums, or custom wall art.Once your gallery is ready, you’ll have the option to choose the products that best fit your style and space.And the best part? Any products you order from our site are shipped directly to your home—easy and hassle-free.It’s your story, and we’re here to help you showcase it beautifully.

What happens if one of us needs to reschedule? Do I lose my deposit?

We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and sometimes things come up—for both you and us.If either of us needs to reschedule, we’ll communicate as early as possible and work together to find a new date that works.Your deposit is non-refundable, but we’re happy to transfer it to a new session if it’s rescheduled within 30 days.Every situation is different, so if something unexpected happens, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you however we can.
